1. Preparation: Clean the transmission device and synchronization belt to ensure that there is no debris and dirt. Check the grooves of the pulley, shaft holes and flatness of the pulley shaft, and make sure there is no rust or damage.
2. Install belt wheel: Install the driven belt wheel first, and then install the active belt wheel. Make sure the belt wheel is aligned and the shaft holes are aligned. Install the pulley on the shaft using appropriate tools and ensure that there is sufficient lubricant in the shaft holes. Use the correct fasteners to secure the pulley.
3. Install the synchronization belt: Slowly place the synchronization belt on the pulley, ensuring that the belt is firmly embedded in the tooth groove. Gently pull the strap with your hand to check if the strap is loose. If it is loose, adjust the position of the belt wheel.
4. Adjust tension: Use tension devices (such as tension wheel, adjusting seat, etc.) to adjust the tension of the synchronization belt. Make sure the straps are tight, but not tight. Too loose will cause the tape to slip or the wheel to skip teeth, and too tight will increase wear on the tape and wheel.
5. Cleaning and lubrication: re-check the entire installation process to ensure that all parts are in the correct position. Remove any debris and dirt. Apply the appropriate lubricant to the appropriate location as recommended by the manufacturer.
6. Test and adjustment: manually rotate the belt wheel to observe whether the belt is in normal operation and whether there is abnormal noise or vibration. If there is a problem, it is necessary to check and adjust the pulley position, tension force, etc.
